I enjoyed my stay, as the room was well-maintained and featured a cozy layout perfect for relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, catering to different preferences. However, I think the common areas could use a bit more upkeep.

I had a pleasant stay with my family as we were visiting the nearby Fort Smith Regional Art Museum. The room was perfect for us, spacious and clean, with the added benefit of the sink being outside the bathroom, which made our morning routine smoother. I appreciate that the hotel allowed us to check in smoothly and even adjusted our room to the right configuration without issues. However, the elevator was quite warm during our stay, which was uncomfortable at times.

We had a great time with friends! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The water park was fun, and the complimentary shuttle made trips to the Central Mall a breeze. Breakfast options were solid, and the staff was super friendly.

The only downside was the tricky left turn out of the hotel, especially when traffic was busy.

Our stay was pleasant with clean, spacious rooms and very accommodating staff. The front desk team quickly handled an issue with our room. Definitely grab breakfast in the onsite restaurant. you won't regret the pancakes! For future visitors, request your room preferences ahead of time.

We had a lovely stay with our two girls! The hotel was super clean and neat. We loved using the outdoor pool and enjoyed exploring nearby Central Mall. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff made us feel welcome.

My kids wished there were better activities for them on-site.

The comfortable bed made our 3-night stay enjoyable, despite the inconvenience of the broken elevator. The excellent water pressure in the shower was a nice surprise each morning.
